Making Personal Care more Dynamic and Form Fitting
The Story Behind SOKY
Making Care Fit Into Real Life
I’m Kenny Pham, founder of NM Thera and inventor of SOKY. This started with something deeply personal—palmar hyperhidrosis. Sweaty hands might sound minor, but they complicate everything: handshakes, holding hands, even just using a phone. Most treatments felt too clinical or rigid—things you had to schedule your life around. I wanted something that wouldn’t hold me back. Something wearable. Something airtight—capable of containing any liquid-based protocol.
The idea came after surfing one morning in SoCal. I looked down and saw water pooling in my wetsuit pant leg instead of draining out. That image stuck with me. Why not design something that holds water in, but moves with you?
That’s how SOKY was born—from the need to transform my at-home soak routine into something portable, comfortable, and made for a dynamic yet convenient way of soaking my hands.
What started as a solo endeavor has grown into a small, dedicated team building wearable tools to help people take better care of their hands and feet—so we can all show up with our best. May you always carry the confidence of a firm, steady touch.
From our hands to yours,
—The NM Thera Team
